1. Cancellations

You may cancel your service request within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the processing of your application has not already begun. Once the service processing is initiated by our team or the government department, cancellations are no longer accepted.

2. Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in the following scenarios:

• If you cancel your request within the permissible cancellation window (before processing begins).
• If we are unable to process your application due to technical limitations on our end.
• Duplicate payments made in error.

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Please note that fees paid for government charges, taxes, or third-party vendor charges are strictly non-refundable once paid, as they are remitted directly to the respective authorities.
